PhotobucketPining for the northern soul and mod clubs of her London home, expat Lady Dawn, founded The Subway Soul Club in 2001.

The Subway Soul Club is a fun, vibrant, monthly dance night playing up-beat 1960’s northern soul, motown, boogaloo and organ grooves in New York City.

This month, these fun Brits throw a spectacular Girl’s Night with 12 female djs spinning 1960s northern soul, motown and go-go grooves. plus, the super rad and talented, soul group Nouvellas will play live. Dance the night away to vintage, vinyl 45s played by resident dj Phast Phreddie, The Boogaloo Omnibus and of course an awesome line up of female djs. Fab hostess Lady Dawn helms the ship! Check it out.
